Do you have comcast? If so, could you tell me how to do this? I find Comcast quite inaccessible to the blind.

I don't have comcast. However, I use hotmail quite a bit and their junk email folder is only accessible if you sign in to the account on their website. I would imagine comcast to be similar.
Your account is actually suspended even though the system says you are not. I'm going to ask a staff member to assist you with this problem.
