Suspension

Hello, i have recieved a suspension. I am new to this hosting so I am hoping that I just made a simple mistake somewhere along the line. please get back to me with what I need to do to resolve this issue.

I did notice that a file that was not meant to be uploaded was uploaded. This file appeared as corrupt data in my files. I can assure you that the file i was meaning to upload (titled smf_1_1_13_install[1]) is in compliance with your terms of use.

Yes, that file was.

photo.htm isn't though and that's why this is permanent. We cannot remove the suspension for any reason as phishing is a zero tolerance violation of our terms of service - there is no legitimate reason to have that page, much less upload it to our services for any reason.

The two are located right beside eachother, I attempted to delete what ever the other one was but it would not allow me. There is absolutly no way i can reverse this suspension? I only meant to upload the one file and swear I would not intentionally try to upload anything against your hosting polocy.

What about Facebook's rights? By having that file you're breaking theirs:

We cannot reverse the suspension for any reason.

It is a photo of me and my best friend that was saved to my computer like 4 years ago?!?! I was not even aware that it was there..

Perhaps you should have sticked with saving the photo, and not copying the entire facebook page it was on...

In my defense i would have been 13 at the time that that was done. Its not something I would repeat. I am sorry that it was even uploaded in the first place. Please dont let all my work tonight be for nothing. I swear such a thing will not happen again.

So you're saying you didn't know how to actually save an image to your computer at that time?

There is litterally no way I can change this? Or is it possible for me to try and make a new forum through this site in the future at some point?
