This was a known issue and has since been resolved. In the future you can check the http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/ forum to check for server issues and updates.

Now i can access my web site but can't log in to cPanel...

You can try resetting your password through your hosting control panel: https://x10hosting.com/control There is also a link for your login, to make sure you've got the right address.
