When i want to connect on my FTP client, i upload 1 file, i have this message " 550 1.txt: Read-only file system " I speak french, Thanks to you .

This error means the folder you are trying to upload into does not have the correct permissions for a new file to be written inside. In layman's terms, the permissions are not 755 - 777. This can be changed using CPanel -> File Manager -> {Select the folder you are trying to upload into} -> Change Permissions
