Extend Upload Limit

Hi all i want to upload on the server a file which is 98mb but i cant upload it. How can i upload it?

There is no way for us to extend the limit for one user, unfortunately. The limits are different for Cpanel and FTP, have you tried using both of those? Can you break the file into smaller pieces or compress it if it hasn't been compressed already?
