In the future you need to request support via the forum account attached to your hosting.
The account is suspended due to resource usage. You can unsuspend your self by logging into the control panel http://x10hosting.com/control/ with the cpanel or forum login for that account.

Thanks for the help. There is some confusion because I have two accounts. I was able to eventually find where to unsuspend the account.
