Well its been about a month or so now and I was trying to get something to install on the server(SMF Forums 1.12) and changed some chmod settings on my public html and now nothing seems to want to work properly. Really starting to make me mad. I have bought the "Double Everything Package" but I just want it to be like reset so that I can start on a clean slate on my account, but i want to remain with my "Double" package I purchased when I opened my account.
I love x10 hosting and their services, and I bought a package so It would be like throwing $5 out the window if I were to "Leave" my account. please If a admin or tech support could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
