The problem is the modified client is a violation of Runescape copyright and as such is a permanent irrevocable suspension. You cannot be unsuspended for any reason.

And the 3 jar files in the "servers" folder, under "delta," "pi," and "bluurs" aren't actually webclients, despite their names being "deltaclient.jar" "bluursclient.jar" and "piclient.jar" which are embedded into applets that have a server name, server ip, and server port in them? These aren't webclients for runescape, you're saying?

And the fact that when viewed, said page loads a runescape private server client?

That last part as it's a modified Jagex Product Client Software, and which has been provided as a means to allow a user to play on a modified server.


And no, we don't give a second chance on a major TOS violation such as this. I'm doing my part to find the other ones running webclients as well - been doing a number on them here as well.

They Cant Play It, No One Has Played It Yet.... Anyways... If You Go Into The Jars And Check The Code, The Ip And Port Is Used For Varaibles...

And the fact that it showed up in the access logs as having been accessed? That's providing the means to which a Jagex Product may be played by others (and on an unofficial server no less), hence why it's a permanent suspension. I'm rubbish with java and have no reason to go decompiling JAR files, especially since if it turns out they ARE illegally modified runescape jar files, then I'd be violating Jagex's terms and conditions regarding the proper use of their property as well.

The other part you're missing is under our Warez section where we forbid providing links to or how to information about material regarding emulators or other illegal software. That also helped mark it as a permanent suspension.

I've bolded the appropriate sections, as the modified runescape clients were first pirated from jagex in violation of their terms and then modified. This is also the final time I'm pointing out it's permanent, because it -is- permanent, no matter how you attempt to dodge the rules. You linked to something illegal - that puts it in violation of the Warez policy, AND Copyright Infringement as it'd be considered Contributory Copyright Infringement in the US, which is where the servers are based and thus what laws you're required to abide by.
