login into cpanel problem

Though I can login into my x10hosting account, but i cant login into my Cpanel account. My hosting account status is "unsuspended". I tried to change my account password, and it's changed successfully. but still i can't lgoin into my Cpanel account.

Your account is indeed not suspended. You've done everything you can to sign in, so the only option is to request for staff assistance. I will request a staff member assist you with this.
