cPanel password simply doesnt work?

I've changed my password twice today. After changing, I can login successfully to x10 forums with the new password. But, even after the cPanel password change is complete it still doesn't work...?

Try logging in using the following :

https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php (Account Management Panel)

Then, click View Details in the yellow box

Free Hosting active username XXXXXX » View Details
--------
Now, you should see a
'Hosting Account Management' page.
Click Login to cPanel. (Automatic Login/No need to enter username and password)

OR

Use Change Password in Hosting Account Management page.

Try 'I forgot my password' once

and then follow the instructions in the email.

I can login to the Account pannel and the forums but not cPanel :l
