Can't access site

Anytime i try to go to my ste through my domain (ps3anime.co.cc) it redirects me to http://ps3anime.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

or if i try to go to a specific page ps3anime.co.cc\test (just an example not a real page) it then just gives me a 404 Not Found page

So can someone tell me what's up?
