Unable to access my site Via FTP on illuminated.

Hi,
My site itself is operating as expected, and I've tried to download files as part of my backup routine via ftp to ftp.kshdouble.x10.mx

The FTP connection is establishing sucessfully but when I issue a dir (or any other command) the data channel just seems to time out.
As an example, using the standard microsft wiindows xp client i get

This has worked previously, and the last time I know it worked was Thursday 31st March.
I do not believe the issue is at my end, as the problem persists even with firewalls in router and PC disabled. FTP connections to other sites are still operational.

Any and all assistance greatfully appreciated.
