illuminated server: cPanel : Can't see Change password nor the Preferences settings i

Dear Anna Madam,
Thank You very much for solving the hosting problem on my illuminated account.
Thanks to Gsonline too for his kind help.

In my cPanel,I cannot see the Change password option nor the preferences options which are disabled to this illuminated server.

I need to change my password and its not happening due to this.
The problems are never ending and It seems like I need to post for support help every now and then while on this illuminated and I am worried I may bore the X10 support.

Please help me with a sufficiently featured cPanel interface and also please verify the server again that it may not create other problems as soon as I put some joomla site.

Currently I am waiting on you to give me password changing privilege in the cPanel.
Also I had a few addon domains in the old cpanel.
Now I cannot add them to the new cpanel.
The reason I think is that they are already wrapped somewhere which need to be flushed or removed.
If you permit me,I will PM you the addon domains which need to be flushed/deleted from the wrapped places so that I can add them afresh.
