Wordpress Upgrade

I received notification my account was suspended right after I upgraded WordPress. I used the automatic upgrade which I have used before so I'm at a loss as to what could have happened.

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3.

So if you could let me know what happened. Was it something I did? Maybe one of my plugins? Here is my site http://caveat.pcriot.com/. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you think I would be better off to manually upgrade next time?

Personally, I think you are better off by NOT using WordPress for the time being now.

Many users like you are facing suspension due this "wordpress" issue(High CPU usage).

Try Joomla/Drupal, see if it suits you!

I may try Joomla. I tried Drupal but I'm not a programmer and Drupal was a little too confusing for me. I am going to go back to school and plan to upgrade after I teach myself a little and can improve my finances. I've been out of work for three years so free is all I can do until I figure out what I'm doing. Thanks for your help. It is all a learning experience for me.
