Error from park wrapper: *domain*.co.cc is already configured

Hi,
First of all I would just like to say that your free hosting service is THE best I have ever seen and I plan to stick with you!
But I have a problem. When I try to add *domain*.co.cc to my addon domains it gives the following error:

Error from park wrapper: *domain*.co.cc is already configured.

I believe this may be because I tried to create it before but since it wasn't working (I was too impatient) I deleted it and tried again however now it gives the above error. I have seen a lot of other people with the same issue (it seems quite common) but it would seem you have to do something from your end.

Is your *domain*.co.cc already pointing somewhere else ?

No, the co.cc domain is pointing at the x10hosting nameservers. And navigating to my domain gets the default server webpage.

My domain is "nhardy.co.cc", I may create a different one, but for now this is it.

I know you must think me to be somewhat incopetent, but I am quite experienced in the field of computers and I am 100% sure the issue is on your side and 99% sure the issue can only be fixed by you guys.
Sorry if I sound demanding, its just that this problem seems very common and the solution very plain and yet you continue to ask questions.

I hope you can fix the problem, though there is no rush.

Sorry for the delay.
Your nameservers are set correctly, and they point to your server, Stoli, but Stoli doesn't have a record tying the domain to your physical account.

To be sure, what exactly do you want.

The co.cc domain:

1) your main domain
2) parked
3) add on -- if so, please name a subdirectory of public_html to point the domain to

I wish for my domain to be a parked domain, I have set up the co.cc domain properly. I know the server does not have a record (at least not one I can see) but when I try to add it to my parked domains, it says;

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1].
Error: Error from park wrapper: nhardy.co.cc is already configured.

As I have said in my previous post, I know the issue is on your side and I have seen others with the same problem. From what I have heard, the problem is most likely a leftover config file from when I deleted the domain from my records before.

Please add nhardy.co.cc as a Parked Domain to his account
