    Err_tunnel_connection_failed

    Hi,
    I am currently getting this error message "ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED" when trying to connect to the cPanel. Please advise how I could connect to the cPannel.

    This is happening to you because
    #1 there is a mismatch of x10 SSL certificates and x10 servers
    and
    #2 probably you are behind some proxy/nat network.

    Instead use firefox or Internet explorer ,though you will still get an error with https connection.

    http://(Your Hosting Server Name).x10hosting.com:2082/ - NON SECURE LOGIN

    https://(Your Hosting Server Name).x10hosting.com:2083/ - SECURE LOGIN

    Finally as a reminder, x10 servers are still secure.
