Issues in boru server ("senao.es" domain)

Hello:

I would like to report the following issues in "boru" server with my domain "senao.es".

A) My email account on Cpanel has disappeared today. It was working correctly yesterday.
I have not seen any thread with this issue today. Just to clarify "the account is not shown on email address list on Cpanel", altough is counted in the email address qty. The fields seem to be "empty" and i can not create a new one due to a "passwd" error.

B) I can not change directory permisions or delete anything with my FTP software (it says the file system is "read only"). I have seen another user complaining about this. I'm currently aware that staff is sorting this.

Just to let you know. In the mean time, I'm using a gmail account of my webpage feedback module to keep working.
