Please reply to this thread - do not start a new thread. Be sure to include your cPanel username where indicated and insert an X inside the parentheses where indicated.

That cPanel username does not match the cPanel username listed in your account information.
Please double check this information and then post back with your correct cPanel username.

You do in fact have a cPanel username. Please log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and click to view your hosting details. Your cPanel username is listed there. Until you verify your cPanel username, we cannot fulfill your request for security reasons.
