Cannot access my email account

Im having problems with my email account (ventas@dynamixpro.co.cc) I cannot open it. I've tried with squirrelmail and it gave me this error:" Error opening ../data/default_pref Could not create initial preference file! /home/rigggs/.sqmaildata/ "
