cant create a ftp user with cpanel

You ,along with many fellow x10 members, are possibly facing Read Only File System (RO-FS)situation.

This issue is expected to be resolved automatically/by staff members.

There isn't an official word on hosting server migration, but it seems there is some misconfiguration big time somewhere.

Only exception till now is STOLI.
