its weird, account is active yet the site is suspended

hi guys,

its been a long time since i was suspended, and whats worst is that i haven't done anything for 2 months. Anyway thats not the weird part, the weird part is that on my account it says that my hosting account is active, but when i open the site its still suspended.

any ideas please, i am sure this is not the first time.
