Security Certificate Invalid

When ever I try to open Cpanel I get the error that the security security certificate is invalid or untrusted.
This error occurs with both Firefox 3.6 and Google Chrome.
The version of windows I am using is Windows 7 Professional 64.

https://(Hosting Server Name).x10hosting.com:2083/ - SECURE LOGIN and add exception.

x10 are still SECURE !
