no site

Hi

I changed my site url from wucouncil.x10.mx to wu-central.x10.mx
i got the message the change was made but neither on wucouncil nor wu-central url i get a site.
cpanel filemanager says data error after i log in

EDIT

still no site


after log in to cpanel, all my stuff seems there now, however still getting the above page

going from another support topic i cleared my chache and cookies only to get the following

404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:

wu-central.x10.mx/index.php (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to wu-central.x10.mx's WebMaster.

however...all my files are where they should be but i seem to remember that it was first port 21? how can i change that if needed?

edit again: i can log in with ftp in the new url (wu-central), files are present where they should, still getting the 404 though

But, as of now*, you are connecting to the OLD starka server for cPanel.

It will be resolved automatically upon full completion of migration (including trial-testing).

As of 19:30PM 7/APRIL/2011 GMT/UTC:
cPanel on new starka server has not been installed or activated for general public.

Just Relax and have some cup(s) of tea.

Also, keep checking your "Account Management Panel" page for an updated version of "x10Hosting Network News".

Again, don't worry your data (files and databases and other configs) are hopefully still intact.

i suppose once the new starka is public, the site should be back?

You are a VPS customer ,aren't you ?

They have dedicated VPS thread for "premium/VPS" customers.(Right?)
This one is for free hosting.

Right location. Doing a trace on his domain sometimes gives odd result, especially during a migration.

Try asking for their server directly from now on, if that is what you want.

Well, currently http://wu-central.x10.mx?foo shows the baby-blue default website page, which is a placeholder while your domain name change is being fully processed. That usually disappears after 24 hrs. The 404 File Not Found for interior pages is due to the same lack of configuration.

The updates are not done immediately, because they bog down the server. Doing them for each domain update on a server with thousands of users is not feasible, so they are batched during the day.
