cgi-bin access

Hi support, first thanks for a great free hosting account, very pleased. I don't seem to have cgi-bin access. I've just uploaded a script which i'm very familiar with, but i can't install it, i just get a 403 access forbidden error.

Aha! I see......just wondering how do users abuse free hosting sites because i see a lot of hosts complain about this....was curious as to how? (and why?)

Doh!!! Of course it wouldn't! I didn't think until after posting it, must remember to stop asking stupid questions!!!! Anyways....great hosting account, thanks. Shame about the cgi but beggars can't be choosers, am thankful for what i've got, cheers.
