Unable to login to c panel

I can login to Account Management Panel; https://x10hosting.com/control,
but unable to login to cpanel & get the following message;

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.


is this because of the Starka Server Migration?? also i am getting an internal server error on my site
