Can't connect to mysql database

Hi
I'm trying to install joomla or wordpress on freehosting, my domain is canalframe.elementfx.com.
"Error establishing a database connection", i used automatic install with wordpress.
i don't know where is the problem, i checked and double checked and put locahost, cpanelusername_databaseusername with good password but its not fonctionnaly.

Did you remember to give cpanelusername_databaseusername permissions on cpanelustername_databasename?

Yes full privileges give to cpanelusername_databaseusername permissions on cpanelusername_databasename.

Have you an another idea ???

Try adding following ips
cPanel >> Remote MySQL
10.33.249.%
10.33.248.%
192.168.1.%

Also,recheck that you have set

servername = localhost
username = cpanelusrname_databaseusrname
databasename = cpanelusrname_database
password = password for cpanelusrname_databaseusrname not cpanelusrname

This may work, but it's a band-aid kind of fix. The underlying problem would require a staff member to fix. You're close to the point where you can escalate tickets, but until then you can private message me if you think a ticket should be escalated.
