Host Suspended?

Hi, ive been suspended a few times now for having high usage, ive been speaking with 'Smith' on staff here whos been helping me to reduce this yesterday, however at any point if i add/remove or anything to my plugins more recently i get suspended, can someone please undo this and also if possible give me more exact info on what exactly is causing the suspension?
