Site is different with and without 'Www.' prefix??????

This is very confusing and disconcerting,

http://www.TechBeaver.co.uk - Some random suspension page?
    http://TechBeaver.co.uk - My Site

If you visit my domain with the prefix your taken to the afformentioned suspension page, but without it im taken to my site, i have to be able to solve this otherwise surely people wanting to visit my site are going to often go to the wrong page?

    anyone know any solutions?

    thanks.

    Hello!

    Both of them point to
    http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

If this is not your offense number 3(or more),use
    https://x10hosting.com/control/

(Provided that the suspension is a temporary one not a permanent one.)

Account Management Panel >> Hosting >> Hosting Account Suspension History

    to un-suspend yourself.

Else, you have to post a "ticket/request" .

Currently both links go to the regular site with the odd looking beaver.

Clear your browser cache and history before checking either link again.

Your account had been temporarily suspended for High Resource Usage (usually a caching plugin that uses a lot of CPU/RAM. Sometimes an image->thumbnail plugin), but is not suspended now.
    Nothing is always absolutely so.
