Yes, every user of x10 free hosting service is allocated virtually unlimited space(with reasonable limits though/hopefully more than you ever will need) to host their website.

Also, note that x10 free hosting services are for hosting websites and websites only.
You are not allowed to use them as file storage server,else your account will be permanently suspended if found to be breaking this rule.
