FTP password

Hi, I am using the software Iweb to make a website, and iweb allows me to use the FTP Server Settings to upload the website.

I have went into the Cpanel to find my ftp server address and username, but it seem that i cant find the password for it, therefore, I've tried with the password i am using for this account, and that didnt work as well. After that, I've tried to change the password for the FTP account, but it was not allowed.

Server address: ftp.audreychiu.elementfx.com
username: audchiu@audreychiu.elementfx.com

My question is, where would i be able to find the password for my FTP account, or is there a default random one to begin with?
