Software Installer and site dosnt work

i got a domain name change and as soon after it got approved and changed the software installer or a the site dosnt work. i get the apache website sayin do empty the dns cache or the ip address changed etc.

i dont know what to do please help!!!!

The baby blue defaultwebsitepage you see when you go to gameplanet.etc is a placekeeper while the system finished processing your change of domain. This can take upward of 24-48 hrs.

Please be patient and clear your browser cache & history before checking you site again.

ok what about the software installer? it said's " The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator."

Yes and the main site is still doing the same thing and when i added a sub domain to the cpanel it works with no blue screen but i get a error when adding a sub domain but when i hit cancel it is added to the bottom as working?
