transferring domain

My mates domain planthabbo.net and his account is suspened and he said i could own it noe but he cant acces account any chance u could pass i tover to mee

An account suspension does not affect the ownership of domains obtained from a domain registrar.
Your friend can simply go to the domain registrar and change the nameservers to point to a new host.
If your friend actually wants to transfer the domain to you that is something that would have to be taken up with the domain registrar.

Btw, your friend can most definitely access his account by unsuspending his account himself. Please pass that message along to him.
