Suspended due to Spamming

The scheme, which had been suspended due to spamming in the webspace, I do not spam site operators, only a community forum, just so I would ask that my account be lifted.

Spamming can mean any number of things. More than likely, since you had a forum, I suspect that a poorly designed notification system was at fault. It is your responsibility to make sure your scripts are functioning correctly and are not abuseable by your users. To get suspended like this, you must have either sent out almost 100 emails in an hour until it was noticed, or someone sent an email to X10Hosting complaining that your service was spamming them. Either way, it doesn't seem like there's an error in your suspension.
