According to your policy and terms, proxy hosting (they only disallow warez and sexual material and a few other things) is not disallowed. Means proxy hosting is allowed.. Am I right?

Under "Server Usage" of the Terms of Service (below the section you read), there is this line:

* Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

So no proxies can be used on the Free Hosting.
