Signup fail, account fail, service fail

I tried to sign up for a free account. I received an error when I clicked an update button to see account status. I resubmited a few times always the same error with no explanation. I cancelled it, and now I can't use my email to sign up. It always says this account is already in use, even though it ask me apon login after clicking hosting, if I want to sign up for a hosting account???
