Addon domain problem

Hello, I have this issue:

I tryied to add a .co.cc domain as my website's addon domain but i coudn't. It tells me that the domain is already configured but i have nothing in the addon domains list.

I even tryed to add another .tk domain but i coudn't.

Now if i try to access by typing my domain.co.cc, i obtain something like : mydomain.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

So there is no way I can change anything about that domain.

So, what's the problem and what's the solution?

I'm wonderring if there is a way to completely reset the account so that i can remake something new...

I see one domain on your account: khalil x10 mx as the main domian.

Please state exactly what you want done.

Domain names. As main domain, parked domain, or add-on (and name of directory to point domain)

When i want to add partagez.co.cc as addon domain to my account, I get à park wrapper error that says that the domain has already been added. But there is nothing in the list of addon domains.

I tryed to add this domain to my other x10hosting account, but it says that the domain has been added by another account...

I don't know to make it possible to really add this domain to my account or release it completely so i can add it in another x10hosting account.

There is obviously an issue. The domain is not in our management system, but as you say does link to one of our servers. What is the other account you have as you mentioned before? We can try to do some more digging then.
