Have you created a MySQL database and user and given the user permission to use the database? Are you using CPanelUserName_DatabaseUserName and CpanelUserName_DatabaseName for your user and database names, respectively? Are you sure the password you're using is correct?

It doesn't matter now, you're installing a file hosting script, which is forbidden by X10Hosting's terms of service. http://x10hosting.com/terms

There is a rule that says "NO file hosting." You are installing software to file host. Your account is shut down and will be deleted.
