Unable to edit site (using chopin server)

Am wondering if ongoing upgrades may be responsible but for several days I've been able to access my cpanel but unable to edit any site material - the "Your Hosting Account is Suspended" message is displayed although the Account Management Panel says its status is unsuspended.

I'm going to escalate this. An admin should be able to clear the error.
