Suspension

I am trying to get my account unsuspended without success. I had misunderstood the requirement to log on to x10hosting because I thought using cPanel would be sufficient. Now that I know I need to log in more frequently, I requested to have my account unsuspended, and it said the request was fulfilled, but I still haven't been able to access my web site. Additionally, I received an email today stating that my account is being suspended again due to inactivity, but I logged in just five days ago. Help, please!

Your account status indicates unsuspended but your site is, indeed, redirecting to a "suspended" page, so I am going to escalate this thread so that staff can help you sort this out.
