Invalid Account suspension mail

My account has been suspended although I last logged in on 1st April. Your mail states that my account has been suspended for inactivity since 1 month. But you can check your records this is not true. I think there is some problems on your part in calculating the days of inactivity of accounts. I faced such problems before as well. So please look into this issue. Hoping to hear from you soon. And last time i tried to use file manager it showed "data error" so i couldn't edit my files.
