I'm getting an "IP address has changed!" alert.

Hi, since I sing up into x10hosting when I'm trying to access the cPanel I'm getting an "IP address has changed!" alert. So I need to refresh the browser. And I'm been ask for log in, each time I clic into any link. Also when I'm able to access the cPanel it's looking like it's missing the CSS, the info it's displayed on a confusing layout making it very difficult to read the panel. I think a setup might not be working.

Are you using some proxy to access cpanel ?
