My Site Was on today and i wasnt login to the cpanel or file manager and i hit refresh and it shows the parent directory and all the files are deleted!

What am i support to do?

It is your responsibility to take regular backups of your site. Could you be a bit more specific about what you have actually lost? I can still see an OSTicket installation.
