    Socket Error 10061

    Hello while attempting to connect to my sql database remotely (via magnecticone for my magento cart) I am getting socket error 10061 "connection refused"

    I am using port 3306 and my ip address is listed in the "remote my sql".

    remote connection is disabled in free hosting
