Cpanel error

Goodday. Thank you for such a wonderful hosting service.
I opened an account yesterday and was able to log into my cPanel account earlier today. I went through the startup wizard and upon clicking home, I received this error '[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"
I have cleared my cache and cookies and tried to login again but I still have the same error... I hope this can be fixed. Thank you..
