I do not know what to say I could see high resource reason given in my control but from past three days there were no visitor my site then how my site can use high cpu I did not set up any corn job yet. So practically my site was just a folder to the server from past three days then how can It use high cpu what is the reason?

I do not have access to the logs, but I have alerted the admins to this thread so they can share with you the cause of the suspension. As the admins are very busy right now with the chopin and boru migrations as well as premium support, don't expect an immediate reply.

no I am using a cms, phpbb forum, mediawiki and roundcube

ya all are hosted under x10 and under one domain. Only google and yahoo bot crawl my site right now do not know why bing not crawling. Thats not a matter. I have seted google's crawler rate lowest from my google webmaster account. As far as I know do not get log from cpanel but my phpbb admin shows crawler log and I got

Simultaneous access(or in very short span of time) to all the installed CMS by anyone(be a bot or an user) would surely create a spike in usage.

Disable any logging(also caching) plugin like the one you mentioned above.

Check your Webmaster's Crawl stats for an abnormal worm(Spikes).
