Whole Site Down?

When I try to access FTP it says "Could Not Connect To Server"
When I try to acces cPanel it says "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"
When I try to access to my site it says "Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Why is this happening. It was fine last night.
