    Thumbs down cpanel and website dosn't load

    when i going to enter cpanel there is a massage like this

    [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

    i am using chopin server

    also i cant enter to my site.there is massage

    i have flush my dns.but my site worked perfectly last few weeks.what is the reason
