Web pages missing (404 error), cPanel returns blank

I'm not on the Boru server (I think? At least it says in my login page that I'm on chopin) and I'm getting odd problems - web pages aren't loading up (getting 404 Not Found error pages), and cPanel returns an error: "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]".
