    can't access cpanel

    I am not able to access cpanel. I am new to xhosting its been a month that i have used xhosting free space. when ever i go to my site nischaya.org.np it redirects to http://nischaya.org.np/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. What could be the possible reason for it. if the server ip has changed let me know.
