Cant access my cPanel... or my website

I cannot access my website(by going directly to my domain/parked domain) AND my cPanel.
I just noticed it now... I know there maybe some kinda of BORU server migration going on, but I thought it was already over & setup??

Hope I get a reply ASAP.
    Thanks

Sorry for making a topic about this.

I thought it would be a "Ticket" system... Just realized it is forum-based ;P

Anyways, I'll just wait for a while & hope that my website will be backup soon! :D

    @x10Hosting,
    You ROCK! :D

Re: Cant access my cPanel... or my website

Now I can access my cPanel & website using the DIRECT domain(Ex: blabla.x10.bz)... but not through the PARKED domain...

Before this maintenance, the parked domain was working just fine.
I rechecked at my DOT.TK panel & I can ensure that my parked domain is pointing to the following nameservers:
    ns1.x10hosting.com
    ns2.x10hosting.com

Why is it not working? I tried running a "ipconfig /flushdns" too... but no use.
Should I do anything else in order for my parked domains to work?

    Thanks in advance..

    @x10Hosting,
I already see an improvement in site loading & control panel loading!
    Keep up the good work!

Re: Cant access my cPanel... or my website

Seems to be working fine for me.
Ideally, you should access your cPanel through https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/
    or
    https://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/

    Not via your domain name.

If the domain name access is absolutely paramount, try doing your .tk domain followed by :2082 rather than :2083. There seems to be an issue with the SSL bit at the moment.

Also, keep an eye on this thread for updates regarding the maintenance on your server: Boru Server Migration Information Thread

Re: Cant access my cPanel... or my website

Uh.. Thanks... But I think you got me wrong there..

    What I meant was:
I am able to access the cPanel(using both "https://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/" (or 2083) and my "http://mydomain.tk:2082")
I am able to VISIT my website(joomla, forum) using my actual x10.bz domain(Using http://mysite.x10.bz, for example)
cPanel loads fine. It even displays the File Manager..
All my old files are also there.

What I CANT do is this:
I had parked "mydomain.tk" domain on "http://mysite.x10.bz". It was working fine BEFORE the maintenance... But now when I try to access my website(joomla, forum) using "mydomain.tk", I get this -
"If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner: bla bla bla"

I simply cant use my PARKED domain to access my website(joomla, forum)...

Actually, just shoot me with a gun!
I forgot to clear my browser cache :D
I thought I had done it xD

Sorry... And yea, the website seems to be loading a bit fast... But gonna wait till the maintenance is 100% complete.

    @stpvoice,
    Thanks

Mods can close this topic now. Thanks.

Re: Cant access my cPanel... or my website

    Hello,

If this is your domain: (removed by user request)
then I can access your site fine from that. I recommend you follow these instructions:
    •Clear your browser cache
    •Flush your DNS
    •Close your browser
•Reopen browser, and clear cache again
    •Flush DNS again

Then try again. If it still doesn't work, please post back again. Following that routine should guarantee that all caches etc are wiped.

    Hi,

Yup, its working now.. Thanks again

And it'll be cool if you just remove my domain name from your post.. Hate to attract "advertisers" to my site :P
